01 - Initial discussion and scoping A call or video conference to understand your business, your objectives, your target audience and your expectations. 02 - Proposal & quotation Within 48 hours of our meeting, you'll receive a detailed proposal: project scope, deliverables, schedule and quote. Everything is clear and transparent, with no nasty surprises.
03 - Architecture & content Definition of the site's tree structure, the pages to be created and the key messages per page. If you need help writing your texts, I can help you or put you in touch with an SEO web copywriter.
04 - Design & models Creation of visual mock-ups of your site - home page and key pages. You see exactly what your site will look like before development. Round-trips included until complete validation.
05 - WordPress development Integration of validated mock-ups in WordPress. Development of specific functionalities, configuration of forms, integration of third-party tools (CRM, analytics, payment if necessary). Everything is done by hand, cleanly, with no superfluous code.
06 - Testing, optimisation & launch Full testing on all browsers and devices, performance check, final SEO optimisation, configuration of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Meticulous go-live, with no interruption to service if you already have an existing site.
07 - Training & handover Before completing the project, I'll train you in the administration of your WordPress site: editing a text, adding an image, creating a page. You'll be autonomous from day one. You'll receive personalised documentation.

What I can say: my rates reflect the quality of the deliverable and the real investment that goes into a professional website - they're not positioned at the bottom end of the market, and neither are the results.
How long will it take to create my website? A bespoke website of 5 to 8 pages is generally delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. More elaborate projects - many pages, specific functionalities, complex integrations - can take 6 to 10 weeks. The schedule is established at the scoping phase and adhered to. Will I really be able to manage my site independently after delivery? Yes, unconditionally. WordPress is the most widely used tool in the world precisely because it is accessible to everyone. Training in the administration of your site is included in every project. By the end of the project, you'll know how to edit your texts, replace images, add pages and manage your forms. If you get stuck on something after delivery, I'm always available.
What happens if I already have a website but want to redo it? This is the case for the majority of my clients. Redesigning an existing site follows the same process as creating a new one: audit of the existing site, identification of what works and what needs to change, careful migration of content, redirection of old URLs to preserve your SEO. Your new site gets off to a sound start without losing the SEO history you've built up.
Do you work with customers all over France? Yes, I work remotely with small and medium-sized businesses all over France. All customer relations are managed by videoconference, email and shared collaborative tools. Feedback on models, approvals and exchanges of content are carried out in a fluid and organised way, whatever your geographical location.
Do you offer post-delivery maintenance? Yes, a 30-day post-launch follow-up is included to correct any adjustments. Monthly maintenance packages are available for WordPress and plugin updates, automatic backups, security monitoring and support in the event of a question or small change. So your site stays fast, secure and up-to-date over time.
