Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms of Sale establish the framework, scope, and application, and bind our company as a service provider.
Article 1. DEFINITIONS

« Companies; we »: Refers to Roger Ari and its parent company, Zeneo LLC.
Roger Ari is a company headquartered at 412 N. Main Street, STE 100, Buffalo, Wyoming 82834, USA. -
« Site »: Refers to the website accessible via the URL https://www.roger-ari.com/ and any associated sub-sites, published by the Company to present and sell its various services, including its online platform where video courses are available.

« User »: Refers to any person who uses the Site.

« Training »: Refers to the paid online training sold on the Site by Roger Ari, aimed at a French-speaking audience.

« Additional Coaching »: Refers to optional coaching services offered to Clients as part of the Training.

« Service »: Refers to the various types of services provided by the Company (Consulting, Training, Additional Coaching).

« Client; you »: Refers to the individual or legal entity subscribing to a service with the Company. Clients can be individuals or professionals.

« General Terms; GT »: Refers to the terms applicable to the contractual relationship between the Company and its Clients, including these terms and any annexes, as well as any elements on the Site to which they may refer.

« Partner »: Refers to any third party with whom the Company may collaborate to provide its services, and to which users may be referred or directed to benefit from additional offers or features.
Article 2. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS
The purpose of these General Terms is to define the terms of provision and purchase of online Training for French-speaking clients, including the use of the Site https://www.roger-ari.com/ and the Training platforms published and provided by the Company.
Preliminary Note: Any use of the sites and platforms to benefit from the Service implies acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these General Terms.
Access to the General Terms: The company reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time. The applicable contract is the one available in PDF format on the date of payment or the first payment in case of installment payments. The PDF version of the General Terms sent by email serves as a reference and cannot be modified after the purchase.
Acceptance of the General Terms: Acceptance occurs at the time of the Client’s order validation. By proceeding with payment, the Client indicates acceptance of these General Terms without reservation. The Client guarantees that they are legally capable of entering into a contract under the laws of their country of residence.
The Client subscribes to the service for personal use only and declares not to resell, distribute, or rent the products and services received under the different subscriptions. Failure to comply with this commitment may result in legal action.
By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges that they have received sufficient information and advice from the Company, allowing them to ensure the suitability of their order to their needs.
Article 3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Training: For a detailed presentation of the Training offered by the Company, the Client is invited to visit the site https://www.roger-ari.com and consult the « My Training » section.

Additional Coaching: Additional Coaching is provided at a monthly rate of €37 (including VAT). The specifications of this amount are detailed in Article 5: « PRICING AND ORDER PAYMENT. » This is a monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time.
The Company may offer a free or reduced-rate trial period, as indicated at the time of the order. The Client will receive an invitation to join the coaching group on the platform for access to Additional Coaching.
Article 4. ORDER
Placing an Order: The Client is invited to enter their personal information (name, first name, address, etc.), select the Service, choose their preferred payment method, and provide their banking details.
Before finalizing their online order, the Client is invited to review and accept these General Terms by checking the appropriate box.
Order Verification: Before confirming the order and proceeding with payment, the Client must carefully review the summary information.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, the Client will receive an email confirmation with the details of the order and a PDF version of these General Terms. The sale is considered concluded once the Company has confirmed the order by email and received full payment or the first installment in case of staggered payment or subscription.
Article 5. PRICING AND ORDER PAYMENT
The service prices applicable are those displayed on the site at the time of the Client’s order. Payment is made using the available payment methods provided on the Site, such as card or SEPA payments.
Article 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Company allows the Client a 14-day withdrawal period, beginning the day after the contract’s conclusion. The withdrawal request must be sent by email to [email protected], and refunds will be made within 14 days.
Article 7. COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE
If specified on the Site at the time of the Client’s order, the Client can be fully refunded if they are dissatisfied with the Training within 24 hours of receiving access codes, provided they have watched no more than 30% of the videos.
Article 8. ACCESS TO SERVICES
Access codes to Services are provided electronically within 48 hours after payment.
Article 9. DURATION OF SERVICE
The Training is provided for at least one year from the date access rights are granted, without a duration limit from the delivery of those rights.
Article 10. THIRD-PARTY SITES – HYPERLINKS
The Service may require access to other third-party sites, for which the Company is not responsible.
Article 11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company’s obligations are suspended in the event of force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters).
Article 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Company retains all intellectual property rights over its content, platforms, and training materials. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the content for a limited period.
Article 13. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these General Terms, with the applicable version being the one at the time of the Client’s order.
Article 14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Company is not liable for any indirect damages, and Services provided do not constitute legal or accounting advice.

Article 16. APPLICABLE LAW
All transactions are governed by U.S. law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
